How to Become a Successful Network Marketer

Posted under Positive Thinking

Success in network marketing is assured through the right kind of attitude and hard work. If someone tells you that network marketing is a get-rich-quick business, which normally is how this business is projected to gain new memberships, ignore that person. Network marketing is serious business, and is not going to earn you the millions by working just 2 hours a day, as you may be told. So, before you make up your mind to enter this business, be prepared to work hard to build a strong base of network marketers under you.

How to Become a Successful Network Marketer

As mentioned above, network marketing is not going to make you rich overnight working 2 hours a day. It demands both time and effort. It does not mean that you should quit your job and jump on to the network marketing bandwagon. Continue with your job, as you work on your new business on the side. You could switch to fulltime networking, when you develop a stronger network and start consistently earning more than what you are paid on your job.

Most people join because they are misled into thinking that network marketing is an easy way to make big money. They quit just as quickly when they realize it is not so. Such quitters talk negatively about the business, not realizing that only a con-job can make you rich quick, not a serious business like network marketing. So, it is important for a beginner to develop the right attitude to work hard persistently, and continue bravely in the face of adversity.

All kinds of businesses have ups and downs, and network marketing is no different. You will be discussing the business with many people, and a high percentage of them are unlikely to join you. Successful network marketers do not feel disheartened, as they continue defiantly to make it big in this business.

Perseverance is what will see you through the bad phases of this business. People, whom you took so much pain for to join you, train them and help develop their business, may decide to quit. This can be quite a frustrating experience. But, a successful network marketer perseveres and continues the march.

As a team leader, it is important for you to lead by example. Continue to be positive in the face of adversity and keep your team of downlines motivated to continue with their efforts. At no point of time should your downline feel let down by the leadership.

If you are strong on the basics as mentioned here, there is no way anyone can stop you from achieving success in network marketing.

It’s All about Attitude and the Way We Think…

Posted under Positive Attitude

The Mind - Body Connection What would it mean if the thoughts
we have when we start our day actually affect what happens
without our having to do anything about it? What if all
thoughts, conscious or not, influence the world? Would we start
the day yelling at our children? Dashing out the door? Making
“to do” lists? How would it change our lives?

We are learning, from quantum physics, neurosciences and
consciousness studies remarkable connections between mind and
body. Thoughts, or the way you decide to think, has a dramatic
effect on your body chemistry and on your physiology. For every
thought you have, a physiological event occurs in unison with
that thought. Your physiology determines your energy and action
level. If your internal self-talk is negative, then the
physiology that simultaneously occurs will be just as negative
resulting in suppressed energy and action. You are mentally and
physically programming yourself to go through life in a
particular way. The same is true with positive thoughts. When
you think positive, happy thoughts, there’s actually a different
chemistry that goes into your body than when you think
depressing, negative, anguished thoughts.

Since you can only hold one thought at a time, if you think
about what you want and how to get it, and then take the steps
that come to your mind, eventually you won’t have time to think
about all of your problems. Pretty soon it becomes habit. You
develop a series of neuro-connections in your brain that make it
easy and automatic for you to focus on what you want. Once it
becomes a habit, your whole life starts to move faster and
faster towards creating what you want.

You may recall the old saying, “If you think you can or think
you cannot, you are probably right”. The mind is so powerful
that it will create what you believe is true or possible. In
fact, the mind is such a powerful instrument, it can deliver to
you literally everything you want. But you have to believe that
what you want is possible. You also have to believe that you are
capable of making it happen…Whether you call it self-esteem,
self-confidence or self-assurance, it is a deep-seated belief
that you have what it takes-the abilities, inner resources,
talents and skills to create your desired results.

Quantum Physics Experiment- Why Vizualization and Positive
Thinking are Powerful Nuero scientists have done experiments
with the brain measuring what part of the brain becomes active
when we are looking at an object versus visualizing the object.
They’re conclusions are amazing. Dr. Joe Dispenza explains in
the movie, What the Bleep Do We Know! an experiment where they
had a person view an object as the scientists measured the
electrical pulses in a certain area of the brain that were lit
up. They then asked the person to close their eyes and visualize
the object they had just look at. The same exact areas of the
brain lit up with electrical pulses which gives a very startling
finding. The brain can not tell the difference between what you
are seeing and what you are visualizing. This finding explains
why you can think about something in the past and get very
emotional about it- almost like it is happening at the moment.
It also explains why visualization and positive thinking are so
powerful. Just think about it…

Self-Esteem- The Fundamental Power of Your Life Why am I writing
about Self-Esteem in this book? The more clients I see, the more
I realize that the quality of your life comes from your
self-esteem…and it determines the actions you will take in life.
You see, how you feel about yourself extends to every area of
your life- your relationships, your career, what you do, how you
speak, even how you dress. Just think about it for a moment.
Your self-esteem, or opinion of yourself, is basically what will
eventually make or break you in life. Our beliefs about
ourselves are the most telling factors in determining the level
of success and happiness in life.

One of the most consistent messages in any self-development
seminar or book is that the way you speak to yourself will
eventually decide how well you go in life. Every negative
thought is an inhibitor- it keeps you clogged up just like
colesterol clogs up an artery. When you are filled with
negativity, you are kept from attaining higher levels of
happiness and fulfillment.

By controlling your self-talk, you decide how you want to view
life. What happens in life happens and you can’t change that. I
love the quote “We can’t control the direction of the wind, but
we can adjust our sails.” In other words, we can adjust our
attitude and thoughts to look at life’s events and deal with
them is in a positive and constructive manner. Now the good
news: with every every single setback or difficulty or life
“test” you gain a lesson. So instead of becoming upset about
what happened, you simply focus on the lesson, and the potential
gain. And the very seeking of the lesson makes you more positive
and focused person. One of Napoleon Hill’s, author of Think and
Grow Rich, key principles is that in every problem or setback,
there is the seed of an equal or greater benefit or advantage.

We all move in the direction of our current thoughts, so where
you are is no accident. Words trigger pictures in your mind,
which then trigger emotions, which in turn decide how you feel
on a given day. Which words do you find yourself using often?
This is a very important issue- how you talk about things really
does have a HUGE impact on how you feel. If you keep affirming
good opinions of yourself as part of your daily routine, you
will start to see a shift in your attitude to a more positive
and energized style. The opposite also applies, if you let your
thoughts drift to negativity, which zaps your energy and
self-confidence and motivation, than before you know it you will
be down in the dumps and feeling depressed. Make a commitment
now to start speaking with upbeat, energize words when having
conversations with friends, family and co-workers.

You also have a responsibility to develop other people’s
self-esteem and worth.

Being FREE to Live your Life the Way YOU Want it So many people
feel like they have to live up to their family’s expectations
and those around them. Make a commitment to yourself to NOT live
your life around the approval of other people. Respect your life
so much so that you are strong enough NOT TO NEED the approval
of other people. Dr. Wayne Dyer says “You can’t go around being
what everyone else expects you to be, living your life through
other people’s rules, and also be happy and have inner peace.”
The the ultimate decision in life is simply to make your
decisions and live your life as you want to live it, without
infringing on the rights of others. What others think about you
and what they think about your decisions may challenge you.
However, the final decisions are your own and you shape your
life either by decisions you make or those you do not make.

Your Motivation for Success

Posted under 4

If you are someone who follows my article posts, you may have noticed that I haven’t written so many lately…Why? Okay, excuse time! It’s summertime, I love the sun, being outdoors, and being active, and this has been one of our very few heat-wave type summers! No, that doesn’t mean I have lost my motivation to be successful at my online business, but let’s face it, we all go through ups and downs, productive times and unproductive times – and this maybe isn’t my most productive time of year. Maybe it’s a good thing I live in Canada where there are four seasons and not just one hot, sun-sizzling summer year round! Yes, I am truly blessed to be where I am. As much as I love the outdoors and enjoying the beauty and solitude of the Rocky Mountains, I also have a pretty strong work ethic that makes me want to be the best I can be at the online business that I have started. At times like these it is tough to stay motivated, but that’s precisely when you have to take charge of your self and the direction you are headed.

A lot of motivation has to do with your attitude about yourself, your life, and your direction. You know what I’m going to say…If it’s the pits, then so is your level of motivation. Attitude is not only about the state of mind you are in – it’s also about taking action. You not only have to think what it takes, you have to do what it takes to get your desired results. What some people don’t realize is that a lot of what it takes to have a positive attitude is all about self-maintenance. Taking care of your physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and intellectual self is the key to maintaining a healthy attitude that leads to success. Simply having an awareness of what motivates, challenges, and inspires you can give you the energy and passion you need to do what it takes.

I know it’s not easy to always stay positive. Truth be known, I have always been very strong, but never the perfect model of positive thinking. I am working on it though, and the more I learn about success, internet marketing, and personal development, the more I feel changes taking place within me that feel good and that I know are steps in the right direction. It’s important to engage yourself in continuous, life-long learning in any area that interests you. But when you make an investment in yourself and your success, then you are doing yourself a huge favor.

You never really become a true master of yourself as things change, people change, and circumstances change. That’s why learning is a life-long process. Once it stops, you stop growing, and when you stop growing, you are stuck with negativity, which always finds a way of sneaking in and taking hold of you. So keep your learning in check, and keep yourself in check. When you have mastered this concept, then you can take things a step further by realizing the importance of giving something to others, or making a contribution. When you do things for other people, you have found a cause greater than yourself, and this can only make you better.

Be sure to know why you are doing what you are doing. It may be tedious to write down what you want out of life, but when you have it in writing, you can read it over and over again when times get tough, as a reminder of what you’re shooting for. Our minds can be nasty sometimes – flooding us with negative thoughts that can completely take over. We need constant reminders, just like a refresher course they offer in schools. Even though we already know the concepts and know what it takes, how we have to think, and what to do, there are just too many outside influences that affect our thinking, and our attitudes. Writing what we want down on paper, and keeping it in front of us where we can read it often will help us stay focused, motivated and successful. This article is my partial written word of inspiration to keep me learning and motivated. I hope it helps you too!

Three Proven Strategies to Develop Public Presentation Confidence

Posted under Confidence

The first of my three strategies is this: if you don’t feel calm, fake it. That’s right. If you cannot be genuinely cool, calm and confident pretend you are. I’m going to show you how to fake it, to act as if you’re calm and confident.

To see how a change in your thinking will affect your bodily reactions and symptoms of fear, think about your impending public presentation. Do you immediately feel that all-too-familiar stab of fear? We sometimes call them butterflies in the tummy. Tuning in to those feelings lets you experience with me how those feelings are only that: feelings. And you can also see clearly that it’s YOUR THOUGHTS AND MEMORIES which have produced the feelings – the butterflies, the dry mouth, the racing pulse, the quivery voice. Your memories of previous fear-filled events, have triggered symptoms of fear.

For our first way to greater confidence, please take these steps:

Deliberately open your mouth just a little bit, and consciously let your tongue go very limp.

Look at yourself in the mirror. It’s physically impossible for you to be tense and anxious while you’re opening your mouth just a little bit, and while you’re keeping your tongue limp and relaxed.

Now that I’ve got you relaxed, a little…talk to yourself in the mirror. It’s alright. There’s only you and me here and I won’t tell anyone. Keeping your tongue very limp and your mouth, chin and jaw areas very loose, say a few words. For instance, try saying “I’m feeling really terrified about that talk next Tuesday.”

Now, please go and get your speaking notes, the ones you’ve prepared for the talk. If you haven’t finished your preparation, postpone this exercise until you have an outline of your talk distilled to speaking notes which will be your special prompts or cues on the big day.

With those brief notes, stand in front of the mirror again. Keep your mouth nice and relaxed. Let’s forget about keeping your tongue too limp, just concentrate on looking at yourself in the mirror knowing that your face from the nose down, is relaxed.

With that very relaxed mouth, start giving your talk. Smile at the little joke you’ll tell your audience next week. Look suitably worried when you give that statistic about the spread of illiteracy or poverty. That’s the first strategy.

Maybe you want to say to me: “But Jeannette, I’ve only been pretending that I was feeling calm and confident about that next presentation. I’ve only been acting as if I was truly calm and confident for the sake of this exercise”. My response?

“Think about this, my sweetness. During the five minutes or so that you were doing that exercise, you WERE calm and relaxed. And you can feel that very same way in front of an audience”.

In my counselling and coaching, and in my e-kit Calming Words, I constantly remind people to be kind to themselves. To take little steps toward your confident self. Next step is to do that calm relaxed rehearsal again with an audience of a few family and friends. Tell them you’re doing an experiment.

If you don’t have time to get a little friendly audience together, remember I’m up there with you at your next presentation. Feel my calming presence next to you.

Just before you start your presentation, do this: open your mouth a little and remember that image of you standing relaxed in front of the mirrror. The mind is a marvellous thing. Just by triggering that memory of that relaxed state, will re-produce that feeling. Finish this sentence: if my memories of fear can produce feelings of fear, my memories of speaking in a confident and relaxed way can produce feelings of being _________and _______.

SECOND STRATEGY: LET’S GET PHYSICAL AND REALLY TENSE Some people respond better to physical ways to feel more relaxed. This is a tactic used by actors before going onstage. Stand at arm’s length away from a wall. Place both your palms flat on the wall at about shoulder height in front of you. Push against the wall with your palms – as if you were trying to push the wall down.

Notice that your abdominal area is totally engaged in that effort. It is those muscles in your solar plexus that are vital to keeping you centred and calm. While engaged in that physical effort your body cannot also produce the noradrenaline which is the precursor to those panicky feelings of fear.

Even in this short article, I do need you to understand that there is a physical relationship between:

The way you breathe,

How you stand and hold your abdominal muscles and

How you speak.

Doing exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles and to become more aware of them, will be of great assistance to you in controlling nervousness.

Contracting those muscles reduces or stops the production of norepinephrine or noradrenaline – the panic hormone. In fact, one of your body’s major nerve-control centres lies behind what’s called The Vital Triangle, so controlling that area is good also for control of anger and pain.

THIRD STRATEGY – VISUALISE SUCCESS Another strategy to assuage your own nervousness is to make sure that you’re totally familiar with the venue at which you’ll speak. When you’re practising or rehearsing your presentation in front of the mirror, when you’re smiling and basking in the positive feelings from the audience, imagine that you’re there in that auditorium or theatre and on that stage. See the colour of the curtains. Or even their color! Visualise the placement of the chairs for your audience. Put as much detail as you can into your visualisation. Feel it.

That marvellous feeling of actually being there and feeling calm and confident.

My three strategies or public speaking tips were… just the tip of the iceberg. To your continued happiness and success.

Experience The Synergistic Power of Combining Our Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing Training Systems Offered to You at a Deep Discount, Together with Two Bonus Techniques that will Amaze You.

The best protocol is for training concomitantly with both the Remote Viewing and the Remote Influencing Training Systems. You can easily achieve a quantum jump in your inner Creative powers, awareness, intelligence, wisdom, holistic health and biological higher programming.

Many new students combine taking the Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing Training Systems. Studies done at the ARVARI and confirmed by the great deal of feedback received from our trainees, have made it very clear that this is indeed a very powerful combination; much more so than taking the two courses separately. RV skills are greatly enhanced by training with RI and vice รข?? versa.

Another noteworthy finding is that many students report a sudden quantum jump in higher skills upon repeating the combination course for the second or even third or more time through the course. This represents a high plateau of mind operation.

How you can easily achieve a quantum jump in your inner Creative powers, awareness, intelligence, wisdom, holistic health and biological higher reprogramming

We have found after extensive research and testing numerous combinations that there is a best sequence to integrate the two courses that will manifest the most beneficiary results for the students. These results are presented in RV RI Combination Training System Sequence.

We are very excited at the dynamics that the combination of the Remote Viewing & Remote Influencing Training Systems represent. This is an ongoing project. Many students have or are achieving tremendous inner changes and purification of anger and fear caused by deep scars or programming lodged within their inner very deep subconscious realms, and are now exhibiting new positive, strongly optimistic reprogrammed personalities, that automatically reject negative fear-based thinking. They seem to operate, even in their same old surroundings, totally stress -free, convinced that they are fine, protected and that all will work out for the best. Even when fear-based situations are thrown at them, they smile and deflect the negative energy.

And they manifest then happiness and inner peace, first in their immediate reality, and hopefully eventually on a much wider basis. We must say that most of these trainees always mention how they notice high synchronicities in their daily lives, and how fast their dreams are now becoming reality.

This was the original intent of the Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing Training Systems. And we cannot but express our enthusiasm at starting to show great initial success in turning the tide away from the doom-and-gloom, fate based, fear-driven world that many have and are still trying to impose on us, so that we believe ourselves impotent in changing, each of us, our lives, and being able to prove that we can all, by changing- by ourselves- our deep thoughts, experience more happiness, control, true freedom, true democracy, true freewill, and built-in inner care for our fellow humans, and creatures, big and small, on this Divinely gifted magnificent Earth.

Notable Thoughts on Positive Living

Posted under Positive Attitude

I went online — and what do I see? A news report scrolled
across my screen: “Murder by Mother’s Milk,” compliments
of the Associated Press. I try to keep up with the news as it
informs me of my environment, the world around me and society in
general. But when I look at a television or monitor screen and
read horrific reports such as this one, I have to wonder what
this world is coming to.

Purportedly, a 31-year old woman (who, by the way has 5
children)
was an apparent methamphetamine addict and was
breastfeeding her 3-month old son. According to the report, the
fatal drug passed through the mother’s breastmilk and caused the
death of her tiny infant. Although the child can no longer be
brought back to life, the mother was indicted and charged with
second-degree murder. She could receive up to life imprisonment.

So, are you angry yet? What type of world are we living in when
supposed, responsible parents are so high on drugs that they
“accidentally” poison their children with methamphetamine?

Then I hear reports of a bride-to-be being buried today because
of radical fundamentalists who get kicks out of bombing innocent
people.

Of course, the epitome of news reports is to make our modern,
“civilized” public aware of current events, people, places and
things. But does it really? If awareness is being raised to the
potpourri of countless, violent reports then what has
transpired? Yes — more violence.

Like a flashing billboard of red lights, all the warning signs
come barreling into our faces. However, how often are these
ominous “news stories” going to be taken to heart? We sit back,
view news reports, eat our dinners, do our chores, sit back down
and watch a movie. No more talk about the 3-month old who was
murdered. No more talk about the innocent young bride being
bombed. Suddenly, the rose-colored glasses get put across our
eyes and we’ve become desensitized to all the negative in our
world.

We, as a people, coexist with modern neandrathal-like maniacs
who care of nothing but self-satisfaction and egotistically
charged, radical perspectives of life. A matter of fact, these
nomenclatural fiends of society seem to marvel at their newfound
notoriety by playing to society’s camera view.

“I was abused as a child…” “I didn’t have a Nintendo…”
“My religion is better than your religion…” “I couldn’t help
myself because nobody cared enough about me…”
I’ve heard
just about enough excuses for irresponsible, childish and
violent behavior. It’s about time society take note of these
news reports and start proacting.

People, in general, have been brainwashed by alleged leaders of
independent cultures, schools, and even parents to think that
whatever they do will ultimately be an excuse to do as they
please. I’m here to tell you that life is not a bowl of peaches
and cream. Life is not easy. Nothing gets handed to people on a
silver platter without hard work, dedication and willpower.

If individuals want positive things to happen in their lives,
they have to reinforce positive behavior and attitude. I am sick
and tired of hearing people say the reason they act the way they
do is because they had a hard life. Get over it. Jesus had a
hard life and look where He is today.

I look at people like Susan Smith. This woman takes the cake;
and is the poster child for what is wrong with society. Here is
a young woman who one day decides that she would intentionally
trade her children’s lives in on a man who didn’t even want her.
She idly stood by and watched her helpless tots drown in a murky
lake, then phoned police to say a “black man” had stolen her
vehicle and abducted her boys. Sickening. “…but she was
sexually abused as child…”
screamed her defense attorneys.
Amazing what antics defense attorneys can squeeze out in a
courtroom. Yet it gets better. Now — if you’d like, you can
personally contact Ms. Smith and have a long-distance
relationship over the Internet with her.

So, here are a few pointers to positivie living that I’ve come
up with — in my own opinion, of course:

  • If you’ve had a terrible life and can’t deal with it –
get counseling for God’s sakes. You are your own person and need
to take control of your actions by being in charge.
  • If
you think your religion is better than the next persons, don’t
bomb innocent communities. This is not a positive way to prove
    your point.
  • If you don’t use drugs, don’t start using
them. If you do use drugs, it’s time for you to check into a
clinic and get rehabilitated. Many are free and provide
financial assistance to those who cannot afford to go to
    one.
  • If you decide that you no longer wish to raise
your children, please contact social services and get some help.
You’ve brought life into this world and that life is your
    responsibility. Period.
  • If everything in life has gone
wrong and you’re sitting there wondering if life is worth
living, think of this: somewhere in the world — children are
literally starving to death; somewhere in this world, a person
is dying from some god-awful disease; somewhere in this world,
people don’t have luxuries like clean, running water and a roof
over their heads; somewhere in this world, there is another
person going through the same thing you are
    experiencing.

Positivity is the key to all good things. Always focus your
intentions on the overall good of humanity. Promote peace and
live peacefully. Accentuate the positive, as positive energy
attracts positive energy. Leave this world a better place than
in which you came. In closing, I leave you with a quote from an
incredible human being — Mohandas Gandhi wrote, “Nonviolence
is the greatest force at the disposal of mankind. It is mightier
than the mightiest weapon of destruction devised by the
ingenuity of man.”

Exercise & Motivation, Part 3: Keeping it Going

Posted under 4

THE NEXT STAGE: ACTION

The next stage of Prochaska’s Transtheoretical model - ‘Action’ - kicks in once you’ve started taking (you guessed it) action.

If you’re in this stage, you’re ready to make changes - and now. In the Action stage, you know where you want to be, how you’ll get there, and you’ve started (or are about to start) doing something get you moving.  You’ve made it past the first major sticking point -overcoming inertia, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be an easy ride from here. No matter how good your intentions, starting a routine isn’t the same as maintaining it. Obstacles - whether small (like an invitation to do something at a time you’d planned on working out) or large (like falling ill or injuring yourself) - are going to come up.

DEALING WITH OBSTACLES

When you encounter an obstacle, take a little time out to reconnect with your main goal and your reasons for wanting to achieve it.  Remember why you’re exercising in the first place. How could you still achieve your goal, and find ways around this new obstacle? Your journal can be your friend here - use it to reflect back over why something may have ended up being more difficult than expected, and to brainstorm ideas for different ways to move forward. You can also use it to proactively motivate yourself before obstacles appear - to track your progress in whatever area you’d like to see yourself improving.

GET OTHERS INVOLVED

If you haven’t already, create an exercise routine that gets friends or family involved. Studies have shown that people whose friends or family support their goals are far more likely to achieve them, and it’s hard not to feel supported when people you care about are working out alongside you. Not only that, but if you’ve agreed to meet your ‘workout buddy’ for an exercise session, you make it that much harder to let them down by deciding at the last minute you just can’t be bothered today.

MAKE DEALS WITH YOURSELF

If you’re having trouble summoning the motivation to get out the door, promise yourself you don’t have to finish your workout if you don’t want to. Decide that you only have to complete the first ten minutes, and then, if you really don’t feel like keeping at it, give yourself permission to pack up and go home again. Most of the time, just getting out the door and starting will be enough. For a short term motivational quick-fix, don’t underestimate the power of bribery!  Identify three or four different little things that bring you pleasure, and promise yourself you’ll take time out and indulge in at least one of them if you complete your workout as scheduled.

GET HELP!

Finally, if you’re noticing increasing difficulty motivating yourself despite trying all of the above suggestions, consider talking to a personal trainer near you. A big part of qualifying as a trainer involves not just learning specific exercises, but learning how to keep clients motivated. If cost is an issue for you, think seriously about hiring an online trainer. Generally, online training is far more reasonably priced than face-to-face training - and if all you’re wanting is someone to keep you enthusiastic and accountable, it means you’re not paying for services you don’t need.

In next issue’s conclusion to our Exercise & Motivation series, we look at the final stage of Prochaska’s model - and what to do if you find yourself in the dreaded ‘Relapse’ stage.  Until then, may every day bring you closer to your optimum life!

Note: This is Part 3 of a 4-part article series.  You can find Parts 1 and 2 at http://optimumlife.co.nz/Fitness_Articles.htm.

Making Sure You Order Customized Silicone Bracelets With Confidence

Posted under Confidence

So, your school has this event wherein you will be needing rubber silicone bracelets for tickets. And you need them ASAP. Who do you call?

There are a lot of manufacturers of rubber silicone bracelets out there but how will you know if these companies are 100% legitimate. Of course you contact them and let them know what you need but in the end you find out that the company who says that they will produce the rubber silicone wristbands is fraudulent.

First thing you should look for in a rubber silicone bracelet manufacturer is the way they talk to you. Most of the time, fake rubber silicone bracelet manufacturers use wrong grammar. They also forget to capitalize the letters of the first word after the end of the previous sentence.

Second thing that you should realize is if they are always forcing you to pay for the rubber silicone wristbands even if you haven’t confirmed the design yet. Just an advise, don’t pay for anything that you haven’t confirmed yet. There are a lot of cases like this.

Lastly, you would know whether a company is legitimate or not when it comes to the way they talk to you. A legitimate rubber silicone bracelet company will give you a great service. They will also produce the bracelets according to your specifications. If you encounter a company that deals with you professionally, rest- assured that the rubber silicone bracelet company you are talking to is 100% legitimate.

So don’t be fooled by fraudulent rubber silicone bracelet companies. Be sure that they use the correct grammar, and they don’t force you to pay for the rubber silicone bracelets. Lastly, the company should be professional when it comes to communicating with you, the customer who wants the rubber silicone bracelets.

Some Criteria before you start

- Here are some vital points that you should keep in mind as you construct and send out your CV.
- Your CV should never be more than 3 pages long. If you have just left school or university it shouldn’t be any longer than 2 pages.
- Write your CV on quality paper. Don’t get watermarked paper because most CVs get photocopied and a watermark will not show up on a photocopy.
- Don’t send a photo copy of your CV.
- Make sure that it is free of coffee stains and the paper is straight.
- Don’t fold your CV. Get an A4 size envelope to put it in even if you are handing it in personally.
- Post it first class. Second class gives the impression that you are only mildly interested in getting a job - that the job is a second priority to you.
- Your CV has to be typed, not hand written.
- Don’t use abbreviations in your CV, the person that reads it may not understand what you are talking about and you risk your CV being put in the bin.
- Don’t include funny little pictures, or quirky little symbols it isn’t a party invitation.
- Don’t lie on your CV. You will only be found out. If not at the interview then once you have started your new job, and you risk being fired. You don’t want that on your next CV. Make yourself look as good as possible but you don’t need to lie to do that.

Career Objectives

Stating career objectives in your CV gives it the required seriousness and shows you as being a focused and solved person. A career statement if written well can act as a focal point from which the employer analyses your CV. Put your career objectives or a career statement right after stating your name and contact details.

Your career objectives/statement should reflect what you intend to do with your career now and in the future.

It will give the employer an indication about your career aspirations and level of ambition and commitment to the job. However, the employers want to know what you can do for them, and not what you want from them. So make sure you keep that in mind while forming it.

For the format, you can choose to make a box around it if you want to highlight it; if that is your intention then go for it!

Here is an example of a career statement where our fictitious job hunter James Smith is looking to get an IT Project Manager’s role for a high profile company.

James Smith is a highly motivated and ambitious manager with a thorough knowledge of IT systems that has been built up over a successful 23 year period. A thorough and proven professional, James is hard working, determined and is looking for a fresh challenge that will stretch him. James has managed and delivered several large projects including a European expansion programme where James was responsible for a budget in excess of ‘$20 million.

Work History

Your work history should have a brief but precise background about where you come from. This section is dedicated to the jobs you have had in the past and the one you have now if applicable. Make sure you put your work history before your formal qualifications, if you are currently working. If you just finished studying, you should put formal qualifications first.

From the list you made earlier with all your past jobs, make a list in reverse chronological order. Specify dates, job title/position and company name. Also, provide a brief write up about your job profile, also try and incorporate your responsibilities and achievements. Look at specific examples mentioned below.

Put the date first, then the name of the company you worked for followed by your job title in bold, as follows:

01-09-date Company name Sales & Marketing Executive

After this, lay down a brief overview of your job profile and details about the responsibilities. You can put this in bulleted look to give the CV a sharp look.

Main Duties & Responsibilities ‘this is effectively the main points from your job description’
- To maximise industry sponsorship and advertising sales for company name products and services for industry and other suppliers
- Etc.

Now list down your achievements for the particular job, also in bulleted form, as follows:

Achievements
- Increased sponsorship and funding levels by 10% over a one year period
- Etc.

Put though specific and related achievements, in sync with your core responsibilities. This will show how you evolved in the organization and how it benefited the organization. This is an opportunity to show your prospective employer what you are capable of and all the success you have achieved. Too many CV’s focus on what you are responsible for rather than what you have achieved. Make sure the onus in your CV is on the latter. Employers want to see evidence that you have done a good job in the past, and this is where you lay it out for them to see.

So the work history will look like this:

DATE COMPANY NAME IT PROJECT MANAGER

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Main duty 1
- Main duty 2
- Etc.

Achievements
- Achievement 1
- Achievement 2
- Etc.

Continue this process for the second job also. If you studied, worked at home, or anything else, and then just mention the job you did before that. If you have only one job to list, then milk it for whatever it is worth. Make sure no important detail is left out. Make sure you account for any gaps in your CV in your covering letter.

It might be something as simple as staying back home to look after your family. Don’t forget that looking after your family is a full time job and teaches you quite many invaluable lessons you can incorporate in your career.

Now, if you have a third or more jobs, you can’t follow the same approach for them, this will make your CV too long, eating up valuable space. In such a case, after you mention the date, company name and the job title, list down a few bulleted points describing your achievements.

If you have worked at more than 5 places, then you should consider grouping some together.

For example, if you had a year where you tried out a couple of jobs you may write them within the same heading and briefly explain them. Remember that, if you are over 35, you don’t necessarily need to include jobs that you took up during your school/college/university years, unless you think it will increase your chances of getting an interview.

Hypnosis Training - Learn The 4 Stage Hypnosis Protocol

Posted under Positive Thinking

Hypnosis is a widely acknowledged process that can change the lives of many, by using hypnosis you can change your ways of life to be happier, healthier and more personally satisfying.

Hypnosis is created when a person is so intensely focused that it creates a freedom within the unconscious mind to act beyond the normal restrictions of what the conscious mind deems possible, real and proper

Hypnosis training is best started by learning about the past and present of hypnosis itself. The history of hypnosis reaches centuries back; it wasn’t until the 1880’s that hypnosis advanced from the ‘Dark Ages’ and into a more scientific realm.

It was then that a Scottish neurosurgeon by the name of James Braid came up with the term hypnotism. Not only is James Braid responsible for coining the term hypnotism he is also responsible for the study that proved that hypnotism was not a product of magnetic fluids flowing through our bodies.

Braid spent time studying Animal Magnetism and Mesmerism and concluded from those studies that hypnosis could be induced by anyone as long as they followed a certain set of simple rules.

As Braid experimented and studied hypnosis he coined the term hypnosis for reasons that the subjects undergoing it looked to be sleepy. After further study he found that one could be hypnotized and still be wide awake, at this time he attempted to change the term hypnotism to monoidealism; mono- meaning one, and idealism for the focus on a particular idea.

This term made better sense as the act of hypnosis is created by complete focus on one idea to the extent that it eventually becomes a reality for the subject. The term monoidealism did not take and hence today hypnosis is still known as hypnosis.

As James Braid has shown us through history there are rules to follow and steps to take to induce a person into a hypnotic state. These steps are known today as the 4 Stage Formula. The 4 Stage Formula begins with Stage 1, to Absorb Attention. Absorbing attention is simply to capture the focus of your subject.

This requires intense concentration and the ability to draw your subject into you and to keep them following your lead with suggestions and language, after you have accomplished this you can move on to the second stage.

The second stage of the 4 Stage Formula is to Bypass the Critical Factor. Critical factor is known in hypnosis as the reasoning of the conscious mind that says, “this is not possible”.

Resistance to hypnotic trance is created when the critical factor stands between your subject and their hypnotic state. This must be bypassed in order for your subject to respond to you on an unconscious level.

Once you have bypassed the critical factor, which you will learn as we move through different articles, you will be able to present hypnotic suggestions in the form of advice. As long as no critical factor is standing in the way the suggestions will resonate with your subject and the advice will come out through the conscious mind and take effect.

After you have bypassed all critical factors stage 3 of the 4 Stages is to Activate an Unconscious Response. Activating unconscious responses is your sign that you have successfully led your subject into a hypnotic state.

Any unconscious response is a positive sign for you as a hypnotist, as well as for your client, because you are doing your job. Unconscious response can vary; a good example of an unconscious response is an emotional response.

Emotional responses are derived from an unconscious level, you have no choice in your emotions they are simply a product of your unconscious reacting to and implementing the thinking and understandings you posses.

Make sure to note that if you are dealing with a subject that is in a heightened state of emotion, say a breakup or recent loss, the subject is already in their own hypnotic process.

You as the hypnotist will have no control over a person in hypnotic process of which you are not the authority. They will not listen to you or attempt to follow your suggestions, they are immune to your reasoning and need time to emerge from the state they are in before you can induce a hypnotic state of which you are in control of.

You must be able to access and retrieve a response from the unconscious before you can begin working toward any desired outcome. This brings us to the fourth and final step in the 4 Stages; the fourth stage is to Lead Unconscious to Desired Outcome.

This step is simple to explain really it is as it sounds. Once you have your subject in a hypnotic state and have accomplished the three previous stages you will lead your subject through their unconscious by way of suggestions to obtain your desired outcome. When you successfully combine all four of the 4 Stage Formula you will be engaging with your subject in a conversational hypnotic interaction.
